Pat the owner is a funny guy with a good story and he is more than willing to help you out choosing which boot is the right one for you. I myself wanted a certain pair of Chippewa boots that he didn't carry he special ordered a pair for me and a week went by turns out they never shipped out. After he spent hours on the phone with Chippewa he got them shipped over night for free. I got my boots the next day and I'm happier than a pig in mud now that i got my new boots on me feet!
